How it arrives

Frozen. Deliveries run on Mondays, alternating between the Merkaz route and the Jerusalem–Gush Etzion route.

Keeping it

It arrives frozen. Keep it in the freezer until you need it; once thawed, it keeps three to five days in the fridge. Warm it gently on the stove before drinking.

Kashrut

Made in a kosher home kitchen with kosher ingredients. The bones are sourced from locally raised Israeli cattle under farm-to-table supervision by Rabbi Yonatan Gabbai. The finished broth does not carry a separate commercial hechsher.
