Shipping policy
The Judean Homestead delivers frozen beef bone broth directly to customers in Jerusalem, Gush Etzion and the Merkaz.
Delivery schedule
Regular deliveries take place on Mondays. Routes alternate between:
- the Merkaz route; and
- the Jerusalem–Gush Etzion route.
An order is assigned to the next available scheduled route serving the customer's area. Where coordination is necessary, The Judean Homestead may contact the customer using the phone number or email address supplied with the order.
Delivery charges
Jerusalem: ₪50
Gush Etzion: ₪60
Merkaz: ₪70
Delivery is free on orders of 5 liters or more.
The checkout must be completed using the customer's actual delivery area.
Delivery outside the standard areas is not guaranteed and must be arranged separately before fulfillment.
How the product arrives
Bone broth is delivered frozen.
Customers should bring the broth inside promptly after delivery. Keep it refrigerated for approximately three to five days after thawing, or frozen for longer storage. Warm gently before drinking or using in cooking.
If no one is available
Where appropriate, a sealed frozen order may be left beside the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. The driver may send an SMS or other notification and document the delivery with a photograph.
After delivery has been completed and the customer has been notified, the customer is responsible for bringing the frozen order inside promptly.
Access and address information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, telephone number and any apartment, floor, entrance code or access instructions needed to complete delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete information that requires another delivery attempt may result in an additional delivery charge.
Delays
Delivery routes can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control, including road conditions, security conditions, weather, holidays, vehicle problems or other operational disruptions. If a delivery must be delayed or rescheduled, The Judean Homestead will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and arrange the next practical delivery.
