Refund policy

The Judean Homestead sells frozen, perishable food. The following policy explains how cancellations, refunds and fulfillment problems are handled.

Before delivery

More than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery: the customer may cancel the order for a full refund.

Within 24 hours before the scheduled delivery: the customer may move the order to the next available delivery date or receive store credit.

Once the order is out for delivery, change-of-mind cancellation is not available.

After delivery

Because bone broth is delivered as a frozen, perishable food product, physical returns after delivery are generally not accepted for change of mind.

If an order is delivered with the wrong quantity, is not delivered, arrives with damaged or unsealed packaging, or there is another material fulfillment error, please contact The Judean Homestead within 24 hours of delivery. A photograph may be requested where relevant.

In such a case, The Judean Homestead will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

If The Judean Homestead is unable to fulfill an order, the customer may choose a full refund or delivery on the next available route. An order will not be moved or converted to store credit without the customer's agreement.

An incorrect address, missing access information or another customer-supplied delivery problem that requires an additional delivery attempt may result in an additional delivery charge.

Where a sealed frozen order has been left in accordance with the delivery instructions, an SMS or other delivery notification has been sent and delivery has been documented, delivery is considered complete and the customer is responsible for bringing the order inside promptly.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
