Products

The principal product sold through the website is frozen beef bone broth. Product descriptions, photographs and illustrations are intended to describe the product accurately, but because the broth is produced in small batches, natural variation in appearance, texture and other characteristics may occur.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Israeli shekels (₪). The price shown by Shopify in the cart and checkout, after any applicable automatic discount, is the authoritative product price for the order.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and payment is processed through the payment providers offered by the store, including Grow where applicable.

An order is accepted subject to successful payment and the ability of The Judean Homestead to fulfill it.

Delivery

Delivery is available in the areas and according to the schedule described in the Delivery Policy. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, telephone number and any access information reasonably required to complete delivery.

The broth is delivered frozen and should be brought inside promptly and refrigerated or frozen as appropriate.

Cancellation, refunds and fulfillment problems

Cancellations, refunds, delivery problems and fulfillment errors are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website.

Food handling and product responsibility

The broth is supplied frozen. After delivery, the customer is responsible for appropriate storage, thawing, reheating and handling.

The Judean Homestead is not responsible for deterioration, spoilage or other loss caused by improper storage or handling after delivery, an incorrect delivery address or access information supplied by the customer, or use of the product contrary to the storage and handling information supplied with the order or on the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
